mainstay® - Warranty Tracker

The Warranty Tracker allows component warranty statistics to be effectively managed.

Warranty Tracker Features:

  • allows warranty information to be managed to an individual component level
  • integrates with the Shift Log module to identify warranty claim opportunities
  • allows design and management of custom warranty profiles
  • provides extensive search and reporting functions for component and equipment warranties
  • manages the warranty claim process and claim forms if desired

Module Process Overview

  • Dataflow for the Warranty Tracker module begins in the site CMMS, where component statistics are  exported and uploaded into the Warranty Tracker
  • Profiles are created in the Warranty Tracker for equipment items which describe their warranty conditions including fixed-length (i.e. 12 month warranty) and fixed usage (i.e. 5000 SMU)
  • On-shift staff have access to the tool to search and identify whether breakdown components are covered under warranty, and if not, begin the process of lodging a warranty claim
